200H YTT AND CONSCIOUS SPRITUAL PRACTICES
Lifelong explorer of motion, energy, and self-mastery, Alberto Boni’s path naturally led him to yoga—a practice that deepens his connection to both body and spirit. Recently completing a 200-hour Multi-Disciplinary Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, he now integrates this wisdom into his daily life, blending pranayama, flexibility training, tantric practices, and spiritual readings into his personal and professional journey.
For Alberto, yoga is more than just movement—it’s a way to refine awareness, cultivate inner balance, and enhance creative flow. His practice is an evolving exploration, merging physical strength with breath control, energetic work, and mindfulness, complementing his dynamic lifestyle as a filmmaker, sound artist, and traveler.
